This 4-in1 Pin/Pad RH Moisture Meter is ideal for locating water leaks and measuring moisture content of lumber, unfinished wood, drywall, carpeting, floors/subfloors, brick, grout, paper, or powders.  It will also measure the ambient temperature and humidity.  It has pin-type and flat surface sensors.  

Specifications:

• Measurement ranges: 5-50% moisture (wood); 1.5-33% moisture (building materials)
• Temperature measurement range: 32°-140°F (0°-60°C)
• Humidity Measurement Range: 25-95%
• Auto Power Off after 3 minutes inactivity
