Curbside checkout and returns available in the lower level parking lot behind the Main Library. Enter the parking lot from Park Street or Washington Street and park in one of the 5 spaces designated for curbside service.

For Library of Things Pickup: 

1. Arrive in the parking lot during your designated pickup time. Time slots are selected when you reserve your items.  
2. Please do not call the phone number that is listed on the signs for book pickup. Staff will come out with your Library of Things items at your designated pickup time.
3. Leave your windows up and place your photo ID in the driver's side window for staff to verify your library account.
4. Make sure your car is unlocked and staff will place the items in your back seat or trunk.
5. Your items will be checked out to you after they are picked up. You will receive an emailed receipt.

For Curbside Returns:

1. Arrive in the parking lot during your designated return time (this is the same as your pickup time).
2. A cart labeled "Library of Things Returns" will be on the concrete patio in front of the curbside parking spaces.
3. Place your items in the return cart. Please avoid touching the cart. Place oversized items next to the cart.
4. A library staff member will roll the cart inside after you have walked a safe distance away from the cart. 
5. Your items will be checked in and you will receive and emailed receipt.
