Broadcast Spreader Check Availability

Use the Scott's Turf Builder Edgeguard Mini Broadcast Spreader to apply fertilizer, grass seeds, and other lawn care products.  This lawn spreader comes pre-calibrated and ready-to-use, and holds up to 5,000 sq. ft. of product.  When Edgeguard is engaged, it will block off the right-side of the spreader pattern to prevent product from spreading onto non-lawn areas.  The lawn spreader features a curved hopper and dual-bladed agitator for smooth product funneling and consistent coverage.    Spreaders provide uniform coverage of granular lawn products, and can even be used to distribute salt on walkways and driveways.

How to Use:

• Fill the spreader over the driveway.  Be sure to clean any product that spills.
• Turn the dial to the correct setting (as instructed by the product bag).
• Begin walking.  Squeeze the trigger to release the rpoduct.
• Walk briskly (4ft/s). Release the trigger when making turns.
• Make each pass 5 ft. from the previus path.
• To keep product off areas itis not wanted, slide the lever to activate the EdgeGuard Protection System.
